I've been really tired lately. How can I not be so tired I get about 7 hours of sleep everyday, but I am still falling asleep during class. Im really busy with dance and friends and I havent been eating much lately. Any tips not to be so tired?
First of all you need more than 7 hours sleep. A typical teen needs 9-12. Sometimes parents will think their teens are too lazy when they sleep all weekend long. This is because they have a sleep deficit from the week, only getting 6-7 hours a night...this is not enough. Next you need to make sure you are eating well and then see a doctor for some tests. Anaemia can be common among teens who don't eat the proper foods.
Maybe you need to eat more protein or eat a good breakfast?
Eating healthy will give you a lot more energy.
