does anybody no how to catch up on sleep because I feel tired all of the time
Feeling tired all the time is not normal. If you have been having lots of late nights then that would explain it, just get to bed earlier. However if you have been sleeping around 8 hours a night you shouldn't be feeling tired. Check out your diet. Make sure you are getting enough iron. Not enough iron is the number 1 cause of feeling tired. Maybe see a doctor and get a blood test done. They can tell you if you have sufficient iron in your body.
