I have been doing it for 3 years and lately I have been getting horrible pains in my abs and calfs everytime I try to lift over 200lbs, when I normaly lift 300. Does anyone know what this could mean?
Use a weight lifting belt or you will get a hernia and a few other problems You shouldn't work out for 2 days after each workout or your body won't recover from it properly and you won't get the full benefits
u should use lighter weight depending on your body mass and age.U cant stop bodybuilding if you stop immediately sooner or later your body will become flabby and untone.
cut down the ammount of times in a week you work out
