When should I quit bodybuilding?

I have been doing it for 3 years and lately I have been getting horrible pains in my abs and calfs everytime I try to lift over 200lbs, when I normaly lift 300. Does anyone know what this could mean?

cut down the ammount of times in a week you work out

u should use lighter weight depending on your body mass and age.U cant stop bodybuilding if you stop immediately sooner or later your body will become flabby and untone.

Use a weight lifting belt or you will get a hernia and a few other problems You shouldn’t work out for 2 days after each workout or your body won’t recover from it properly and you won’t get the full benefits
