Busting a bodybuilding plateau

Hey im an intermediate bodybuilder ( 2 - 3 ) years experience , and I’ve managed to gain over 2 years quite a bit of measurement, but my gains are slower could it be my routine or my rep/set ranges , my useual rep/ set ranges are , 8x4 , and my rest periods are around 40 seconds between sets. Is there anything I can do to bust a plateu and get some more big gains? Still gaining but not as much as I want to tho.

switch your routine completely. althetes hit plateaus when their body gets too used to the routine. but also sometimes you need to let your body grow, for your muscles to grow. you are very young and your body is constantly changing, and don’t over do it with the working out, sounds like you’re doing some serious work there.
