When I was asleep I think something entered my body?

all the other answers are totally wrong, its NOT a nightmare, its NOT “demon” and you are not being possessed…god…

I have this too, it’s called SLEEP PARALYSIS and theres not much you can do about it, except try to not get sleep deprived or stressed because this makes it worse.

It can start out INSIDE your dreams and then with me it got worse and worse until I was actually awake when it happened and that is far worse, trust me.

It feels like theres a pressure on you chest and/or trying to choke you, you cant move and if you try to scream nothing comes out and then you feel this eery presence like something evil is in your room…its horrible, but its common.

Your not being possed, the whole thing with deamon’s and crap like the possesing you is just ignorant people trying to lable things they can’t explain, I mean ask yourself do you see anything on the news about people being possed and killing people? no it’s only in the movies, don’t worry about it it was just a nightmare.

It’s a bad dream,sometimes when you’re asleep youthink things are realistic when they’re not like for example sometimes in my sleep you dream that you triped so you trip in bed(or at least try to).
