you do know that if god didn't want you to eat animals he wouldn't make them out of meat right. go to a mirror open your mouth and look at your teeth see those front ones those are designed to tear flesh the back are designed to consume vegetables. we are created to be omnivores meaning to consume both plants and animals.
as your 14 that is a bad sign that your parents/gargians dont feed you right,if you are in charge of feeding your self then obviously your not doing it right ,let alone you shouldnt be.

It was hard at the beginning but now I have gotten pretty good at it. :) Anything canned or any cured meats or fast food or cheese will get to 2000mg real quick. The doctor told me once in awhile is ok if I go over 2000 but not daily.
Eating out or any sort of fastfood. I used to eat at home a lot and most the food was healthy but the past two years being in University, I've been eating out andjunk food a whole lot more. It's just much more convenient.
It's actually much healthier to have a diet without meat. And especially not eating processed meats that are on the shelves today, they're filled with all kinds of crap that ISN'T meat.
That's so hard to do, isn't it? I checked my little yoghurt containers yesterday - they hold about 3 tablespoons of yoghurt and even that is filled with sodium, almost 100 mg.
Eating meat has been the most unhealthiest thing I have ever eaten. Now, I have decided to become a vegetarian...Protein from plants are the best form of protein.
Its the best answer because a lot of people would put the same reply or agree. Not because we think its the healthiest or anything. We know its bad.
I want to say aspartame, although nowhere near as much as I used to consume. It's too unnatural for me think its a good thing to put in my body.
