How can I fall asleep faster since school starts soon?

Hi. I go to bed at midnight.it takes me until 4:30 to go to bed.what should i do to help me go to sleep faster.i start school in 1 week.

Start to get on a schedule, waking up at 5:30-6am and going to bed 9-10pm and eating on time, do that and I promise you. You will be on a schedule and doing fine.
