How can you get abs really fast???
Small firming workouts are best, crunches are tedious yet the to still work. I actually just flex my ab muscles until I feel a good burn, then a few crunches & light massages after word, with a healthy food or snack, even power aid after a god work out. Result may very, but this could take a good week or two before you see any results, but it is well worth the wait time. Continual exercise of these muscles are the most important means to gain and maintain a toned upper body. Rock climbing, rope climbing, and upper body activities are very good. Simple gym memberships are fine, but the easiest free way, quicker, I found is consistency, no matter what means you decide to take.
I run 4 times a week 2mile jog and 5 100yd sprints t go to the high school before school starts also after my 1st mile I stop and do 50 situps then after the 2nd mile I stop and do fifty more and after I do my sprints I hit as many pushups as I can in a row usually around 80... also like the guy said before me youve got to be consistent when I dont run I still do pushups and situps before bed and when I wake up sometimes ill do burnouts if im bored to lol but anything consistent will help you.
The secret is in a total body routine! Since you cannot "spot reduce" fat, you need to concentrate on lowering your overall body fat by working your entire body. Crunches and sit ups are great for building muscle but they actually do very little to burn fat. Try cardio workouts and interval training to lower your body fat and show off your ab muscles. Good luck! :)
