OK,this sounds trite, but what are you eating? If you're skipping meals, or not getting a balanced diet, it's easy to feel tired and have no energy at all.
It's especially important to get enough iron (from red meat, but also from green vegetables and dried fruits and nuts) and vitamin B (wholegrain foods are good here).
Although it's tempting to drink coffee to try to wake up, too much coffee can also put you out of balance. The same with sleeping in the daytime - try for short naps (if any) so that you'll sleep soundly through the night.
And if things don't get better soon, you really ought to check with a doctor. Wanting to sleep is the body's natural reaction when something is wrong.
If you feel tired all the time be sure to go to the doctor and have him/her check your iron levels. Low iron will make you feel sleepy, fatigued, irratable, poor appetite, and even cause burst of hyperactivity, and not able to concentrate. If you do have low iron write back and I will give you more advice.
For now drink plenty of water, eat 3 balanced meals and have juice with your meals.

wake up early morning do some exercises or jogging if you can do make you feel much active whole day
