by the way you choose the muscles you wanna work this is just an example

Answer #2

Eat! Have a strong diet and eat 5-6 meals a day, along with a good workout program and rest. You build muscle from what you do outside of the gym. Protein shakes are good for repairing muscle tissue, nut building muscle. If you’re only 15, I would strongly urge you not to use testosterone pills, as your body should be pumping out enough testosterone in the gym. There are no “miracle” supplements, unless you juice or take HGH. If you’re desperate to build muscle, you may want to look into some creatine monohydrate. But really, just eat healthy, and eat a lot.

Answer #3

you’re supposed to breakup you workout routine like this this is the FASTEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GAIN MUSCLE mon- biceps triceps shoulders tues- abbs legs chest wed- cardio thurs- biceps triceps shoulder friday-abs legs chest saturday- cardio sunday- rest this is how your workout routine should be so basically pick 3-4 mucsles to workout the next day choose 3-4 different muscles to workout after two days of weight lifting do cardio the third day repeat than one day of complete rest if you have any questions about working out please ask

Answer #4

I really wouldn’t recommend doing chest twice a week there abdul…if you’re trying to build muscle in any major muscle area, give it at least 6 days of rest before doing that major muscle group again. Anything else is just over-training that muscle group, meaning that you will not see the gains you want to see, and can easily tear that muscle.
