How do you lose weight or simply gain muscle

I am fit, exercise daily- do about 1 and 1/2 hrs of it, im not gaining muscle or losing anything. Y.
I don't eat a lot either but I seem 2 be a little bit ova weight but mi bmi says im ideal. And when I do eat junky kinda food I burn it off. Why am I not gaining muscle or losing weight???

It's because you've hit the 'plateau' of your workout. Intensify your speed/weights, and do other exercises that challenges your body. Right now your exercises are just maintaining your body shape. To continue to see results, you have to continue challenging your body.
