How do I gain muscle mass in my hips??
excercise and have plentty of protein in your diet and stay away from high fat food they will just probably start to make your hips fat instead of muscular but your lack of hips may be due to just your natural body shape.
do heavy weights at the gym if you want them to be big, lower weights if you want them to be tone eat a lot if your working out and take protein
I have hips they are just not muscular.. thanx for the help!
