Well I know many families have lost loved ones in the Iraq war well I might be in the same situation soon, hopefully not,I am asking that if everyone that knows me,wish my bro luck in Janruary as he heads there, like I told somoene else that if I lose him some may lose me.
I wish your brother well and thank him for serving his country. If I read your posting correctly, you are contemplating taking your life if he gives his life for his country?
That would not be the way to honor him or his memory. Be proud of what he is doing. There are a lot more families who have friends and relatives who are still serving or have come home, than have died. So don't take a negative on this. His chances are greater that he will survive than die.
I know losing a loved one is not easy (you know I lost my cousin). however, your friends will be devastated if you do what you're saying you are going to do. I will especially be devastated. I'll be praying for him, and I'll be praying that this dreadful war will be over soon. send me a funmail if you need support; I, too, have someone over there; my uncle. hang in there, friend.
My son went in with the first wave and has returned. He was injured but is slowly recovering. I wish your brother well. Just as I wish all the troops well. I voted for Obama. I feel the best way to honor our troops is by bringing them safely and quickly home.
Im not american, but I salute anybody who loses their lives for their country
I dont recommend doing it though
