  I found eating makes you go to sleep. I also heard something weird; turkey makes you sleepy??? you could take sleeping pills but then again thats drugs. soo. you could drink milk. somehow it makes babies fall asleep quick. I dont think TV makes you stay awake. it actually makes me fall asleep unless theres something reallly good on.

  I found using your room strictly for sleeping works a bit. Also being on the computer and watching T.V will keep you awake longer due to the lighting. I've heard drinking hot milk helps too but I haven't tried that.
