I’ve been having a lot of problems going to sleep and I keep almost falling asleep in class what do I do?

go into a quite dark area and sit on a chair or bed and cross your legs and your arms, breathe in and out lisen to your breathing this gets you relaxed because you are crossing your brains thinking it was you get relaxed then fall asleep
