Okay well im a cheerlading and a flyer. We do scorpions all the time. Firstyou need to be really flexable. If you don’t know how message me and ill tell you. Then you need to work on your heel strech On both legs. Which ever heel strech you have beter try to do the scorpion. When you do the scorpion take your foot behind you and hold your hands on the side where your big toe is. Then you need to lift it up.
