How do you do a split? Does anyone know?
You gotta be pretty flexible in your groin area that's for sure. And you can do it by either putting one leg in front and the other in the back and slide down or you can just put your feet together and slide them away from each other.

Ya, you have to just stretch your legs a bit everyday, Because if you force yourself to do the splits you can tear your muscle..
You stretch... for many days or many weeks... until you have the flexibility required...
