I always wanted to learn how to do a split. I stretch like everyday, but what are some other stretches and things I can do so that I can eventually do a split?
One way to do it without over working yourself is to sit down in the floor and stretch your legs outt to each side as far as they will go. Place your hand on the iside of your leg and push. for about 1min per leg at a time and then alternate for a total of about 5min or so. Eventually your legs will become more flexible allowing you to do a split.
Sit in splits position 5 times a day for 30 seconds for a week and by sunday you'll be doing the splits. :)
Keep inching your way into a split ang gradually work your way down. You'll get there(: Keep trying!
