So I used to dance and I got all my splits down. The center one, the reg one, the one where you stand and pull you leg in the air... Well anyway I stop dance and practicing and lost my splits and it hurts now to do my splits so what are some good ways to practice them for it not to hurt??

Just stretch every morning or every night then after stretching hold your spluts for 15 seconds. Once they get better start holding them even long. In about 2 or 3 weeks you'll have them. Thats how I got mine all down. Also if you dont know of any good stretches look some up on google, there are many stretches to help with splits. I hope this helped! (;
Stretching exercises of course. It will take time. As you age, you're not as limber as you were, therefore stretching is mandatory.
