How long would it take me to noticeably tone up if i workout 4 times a week and eat majority healthy food and drink water?
i would say about 2 months but thats just my guess?
within 2nd week you should be able to notice also this depend how hard your workouts are. try with more repetitions minimum 4sets.
well i already gained 3 lbs. of muscle and its only been 3 weeks maybe
