I just want to know how long it takes because I'm going to florida in 6 weeks and I want to look toned up and I don't know how long it takes..I do cardio, leg stretches and exersizes at least for 2 weeks now and I want to know when I will see results

If you are eating the right foods and getting your proteins you'll see results right before you leave. (: Don't forget to do your tummy, do some sit ups or curls for this. Cause thats where I have most of my trouble trying to be toned. And do some push ups. But running is the best thing for your body, Burns fat and makes you slim at the same time. Or if the impact is to much go to a gym go on a oblitical (have no idea if I spelled it right) But low impact on your ankles and knees but Highly affective. (: Hoped I help, And girl get your body toned! <3
okay. it took my sis about 7 or 8 weeks and she lost about 15 pounds. it just depends on how much change you wanna make
