After healthy changes, how long until weight loss?

Hey all, After a lot of thinking I decided I wanted to lose a stone in weight and do it the right way. I've never been large..or skinny for the matter but recently I've put a few pounds on and want them gone! I would ideally love to be really skinny and toned lol but in reality I want to do it in stepping stones. First the weight, then tone up. I now exericse 15-25 mins a day (cardio vascular) and do a series of stretches to help with flexibility. My question is with this work out how long do you think it will take me to lose the weight? If it helps I also changed my eating completely. Ceral in the morning, fruit at lunch (like an apple and an orange) and a healthy, sensible meal for dinner. I only drink water and have cut snacking out almost completely. (If I snack its...on a yogurt, not like chocolate or crisps) Also I've never found losing weight easy, regardless of how healthy I am it seems my body never wants to give the fat up!. Cheers! xXx
