  if you stop eating you'll prob die before losing 4stone, i know its sounds harsh but your body needs regular food and water to survive. Please go on a healthy diet with some exercise, lose about 2lb a week and you'll look and feel better in the long run. Starving is not a solution to weight loss just a solution to your loss.

  I didn't get your question as your saying about stones. These stones only formed in kidney due to water deficiency and for that only operation can help you.
