I m 21 years old and wud like to know...how can I gain muscles in ma upper arm???I hv worked out and my biceps appears to shrink when I stop going to gym...is der a solution to maintain perfect body evn when you are not doin weight exercises... What shud b my diet???
I know I'm 14 but trust me I'm pretty savvy well anyways I workout a lot too and I'm also concerned about my diet . you should consume at least .7g per on of bodyweight of protien. After working g out make a milkshake I make it by using milk, 2 banana,1tblsp of peanut butter,n 4egg whites not the yolk this is wts bad for u..drink lots of water and don't over train you should only workout the same muscle at most 2x a week. no if you dont work it out and you dont use your muscle that much your body will be like I dont need this extra mass waste of space, you gotta keep workin it or it will slowly get eaten away
