How to be more spiritual?

You need to be more specific. Spirituality can be anything. Are you wanting to get into your faith? Have a faith? or just have something deeper than yourself to believe in? Once you figure that out, You can get much better help.

Sounds like you need to figure out why you keep ending up in the same situation over and over again, and then stop doing whatever you’re doing… Not sure how being more spiritual is going to magically keep you from making the same mistakes?

I am spiritual and I make mistakes because thats how humans are no matter how religious you are. I believe life is sacred so im a vegetarian. That is a (spiritual) choice I have made. You can turn to a religion for moral guidance too. My favorite Religions I have been studying are Buddhism and Christianity but I am niether. I favor these because most of their principles are very moral. Try to look at different religions.

Have a strong relationship with God, and walk by faith. Also if your tired of being in the same situation set yourself free of it. I once heard that if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll alwalys get what you’ve always gotten, so make the decision to follow God, accept the fact that you’ll make mistakes, but refuse to fall into the same cycle you’re in.

Also keep aseeking mind read positive books and try not to have friends that may oftenead to same old mistakes.
