Iam 23 and feel like iam over weight. I just want to have a decent body I know its stupid but I feel it would make me happy. My weight is 135 and height 5'7 I need ideas on how to become thin before summer, Can anyone help?
tikatika, whats up with u? your response was rude and immature. anyway, if you really think your overweight, what I would do is only eat when you're hungry. For example, if you're bored and you feel like eating, DON'T EAT. People tend to eat when they're bored, and that's why they gain weight. You should only eat when you're really hungry. When your bored, go call a friend, go swimming, or pick up a hobby.
That doesn't sound fat to me, sound relatively normal. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you just try and eat healthy.
