  That is actually the perfect weight for that height. I am also 5'4 and 150lbs is my ideal weight. No, you're not fat and don't ever think that about yourself. If you feel that way about yourself, others will think out you like that also. =)

  you are one inch shorter than me and 25 pounds lighter... I think you should be ok.. If I could lose 25 more pounds, I think id be styling!!
