What the hell is one stone? You crazy British.
Regardless, people who have to ask this question usually aren't fat. People who are actually overweight KNOW they're overweight - hence the logic.
How many pounds are in a stone? I have a scale that reads stone. I'm 13, and I'm 5 stone.
