Should I lose weight if I think I'm fat?

HELP ME!!! I am obsessed with the way I look…I think I am fat….I have 16 inch thighs and a 20 inch something in stomach….I weigh like in the low 90’s and i am about 5 feet tall….i am 14 yrs old but just barely….like a month ago……but ya should i lose weight tone muscle?? HELP!

No need to lose any weight there. You should be adding some lean muscle and eating properly. Your overall size would not point to fat as a problem, however you really could benefit by working out to tone the areas that you are wanting more definition and strength. Your weight is close to a danger zone even for your age. Make sure that you are getting a proper calorie intake, anorexia is extremely disabling and there is a reason why it is considered an illness.
