I started going to gym a few weeks ago... Day before yesterday I pulled weights with my legs and they are paining now... I dont know wot to do... Please help Thnxx
As I understand it, this is from the lactic acid build up, caused by your legs consuming their glycogen stores, which now need to be rebuilt.
Light cardio, before and after stretching and moderate aerobic exercise after the workout and the following day will improve things, increase circulation and speed your recovery time.
