how do I loose weight a healthy way
you need to eat OFTON!!! and in small portions of healthy things... you deff have to consult the food period as well.
I also don't eat condiments, like salad dressings, ketchup, butter, salt & pepper
it helps you not want to eat as much and dosent add the extra calories...
but like anything, you need to be active
Eat heatlhy, lean meats, vegetables fruits etc and work out for at least 90 mins a day
