im 13 years old how can I loose weight in a healthy way? do you know any diet that I can do??

My dad started the south beach diet like 2 weeks ago and he has lost a lot of weight. I’m about to start it tomorrow, but it’s really good because you can eat as much as you want it just teaches you whats healthy and whats not. You can buy the book and it tells you everything. Hope that helps some.

Ok, well I will consider you dieting in a healthy manner, and you are only 13 so unless your like 500 pounds, weight loss should not be your main priority, but anyhow… I would consider eating healthy meals, which fill you, make sure veggies are included, and include fruit if you can, and also, I would consider you should excersise daily, and also, make it a fact to maintain healthy lifestyle habits.. good luck. :]
