ways to loose weight without all diets?

diets don’t work for me, but is there any good ways? i want to loose weight on my hips and thighs …

Drink water, eat fruits and veggies. Cut out alot of carbs, pop and unhealthy snacks

Loosing weight is hard. Not only that, but the older you get the easier it will become to gain weight and the harder to loose it. The biggest mistake people make is having weight loss as their main goal. Your main goal should be to get healthier. Eat a healthy diet and get a healthy amount of exercise and you will look and feel better regardless of how much you weigh. A healthy weight is one aspect of a healthy lifestyle but the way a lot of people loose weight hurts their health. Your best bet is to avoid junk foods, eat more fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and to find a physical activity you actually enjoy so you will keep doing it. Good luck!
