I gave birth last December to a lovely baby girl. For the past 5+ months she's been on breastmilk and still on breastmilk. I've just now introduced Gerber Cereals. And I did loose some postnatal pregnancy weight, but lately I'm also gaining weight. I was wondering how I can breastfeed and loose weight at the same time? I'm planing on breast feeding her until she's 2 years old.
well if you exersize abit not too much otherwise you may strain yourself and eat healthy like eat a good amount of fruit and veg'then you should start to loose weight but u may find it quite hard seeing as you have not long had birth.
