Whats the best way to loose weight but if you dont have time to go to the gym and if your realy busy?
maybe if you just try and do some excercises once a day, it should help loose weight and improve your fitness. try doing some star jumps, press ups, sit ups and things like that. if you type excercises you can do at home into google, it should come up with lots of suggestions that you can use. well theres a drink I forgot what its called sorry, but anyway you drink it at breckfast then the same at lunch and at dinner you have a propper meal I realy works :D
its called something like loose fast or somthing haha x
