I just came back from vacation, and I've gained a few pounds. I'm only 110lbs and 5"1, but I still want to lose a few pounds I've gained from vacation. I used to be 104lbs. I know, I've gained a lot. I know my weight is still average for my height, but I'd feel better if I weighed the same as I used to.
Just cut down on the portions or sizes of what you eat, cut out soda or presweetened drinks. If you snack don't eat sweets or salty snacks like chips for about a month, drinks lots of water throughout the day, the colder the better, and it also helps to do alittle exercise 3-4 times a week even if its just taking a bike ride, or wlak for 1/2 hour! It won't be hard to lose, just watch what and how much you eat, smaller ports, healthy choices.
