It depends what it is that you are trying to get out of? Not sure how old you are or whether you are a girl, but I didn’t want to go out last night with a girl I don’t like that much. so I told her that I started my period and that I always get really bad cramps on the first day. Worked like a charm :)
It depends on what time you are planning and whether you are a girl or boy, but you could just say things like, ‘I need to go and help my friend with her homework,’ be creative. Whatever.
