How to lose muscle?

does anyone know how to lose calf and thigh muscle and upper arm muscle

How is our health? because no one really wants to loose muscle. Do you want to tone? Do you think your big? I guess I dont eally know what your asking. I guess try not to build the muscle by heavy weight training. keep it toned with lots of cardio. you loose muscle by starving your body and not excersizing. it all turns to fat or if you starve your body, it basically trys to survive by using your muscle as energy and eats itself. Keep excersizing if you are and don’t isolate working those muscle you don’t want bigger. keep cardio in you routine or you will be a rolly polly. let me know further details if im missing your question please.
