My doc says bad circulation, I have the same problem :-)
Well how do I get “good” circulation?
It’s known to happen often in bad blood circulation. I’ve heard taking vitamins help. To be extra sure you can take a blood test and see if it’s anything too serious. Wearing gloves or mittens won’t really help. Do some physical exercise with your hands and they should feel warm again :-)
Well I know the more I move around the warmer the get and the more I sit the colder they get, my feet get the same way, I always have to wear socks they r soooo cold
me too. Bad circulation. A good way to warm up is to run warm water over your wrists.n There is a main vein there. works everytime!
it could be heredity cos i suffer from could hands so does my grampy bt i hav alway be told that people who hav cold hands hav warm hearts :)
