Gaining muscle?

What types of protein shakes or bars would be best for muclse gain. I’m 5’10” and 135 pounds. I’m going to be trying out for soccer next year, and I need to have a more buff type of body. just more lean. Other than muscle milk,, what else is there?

I am 6’ and 163 pounds. Never use booster pill and that sort of stuff. Grow up and start eating meat. Or get a HOMEMADE protein shakes.

theres a gnc product called massxxx and wheyabolic extreme 60 that one worked great for me while working out for football started to get more lean muscle
