Would exercising with shoes on or no shoes on be btr for a high intense workout?
Sometimes if you are doing a home exersize thing then I think that it would be better with your shoes off because it allows you to relax more and to just be more contorble, also the weight of the should wont give you extra to carry. But if you are running or doing stuff like that you do need shoes :P But really it’s all how the pearson wants it, some people find it good to do it without shoes because it just gets the stress of their feet, also they might switch to a pair of shoes that is more relaxing. But some people like their shoes on because they believe that it will put them more in shape.
that would depend on the workoutis it cardio like a run? what is your work out specifically?
Shoes would be better, bare feet can get injured for a intense workout.
Just alot of bootcamp workouts its based on the basic training they use in the mitiary
Is it outside or inside? If it is inside which ever works for you. like in my house we aren’t allowed to wear shoes soooo i would have to do it without shoes. But if it is extremely intense and you can wear shoes i would definetly suggest it.
Generally regardless of what shoe manufacturers claim if you can (with the exception of running) it is better to exercise with shoes off. It strenghtens your ankles and it also helps with your balance and posture. People with bad feet are more prone to injured and your feet cannot develop properly with your exercise if you are constantly wearing shoes. Try go without it if you are doing the bootcamp type exercises, we do.
i always exercise with shoes on, its safer for me, for the cardio workouts i do and the intensity of them, its safer.
I think keeping your shoes on would help you better physically, because it helps with posture, and also helps with how your feet are angled. Without the right kind of shoes on the angle can be disturbed, which causes the workout to be less effective.
