How much weight would be lost from this workout?

I am an 18 year old male who weighs 168lbs. A year ago I weighed around 180lbs. For the past year I just quit eating all of the junk food uncontrollably, I didn’t exercise on a daily basis or anything. I did, however, exercise whenever I felt the urge, or felt I have gotten too lazy, because I am usually very self-aware of myself and don’t slack off too often.

Anyway, about a month ago I walked 40 miles. I walked from Toledo, OH to Bowling Green, OH then back. The halfway point was about 19.5 miles. Now, I’m thinking about running/jogging/walking 20 miles everyday for 3 days straight (I can only run 1.5 miles before needing to take a break). Afterward, I would run at least a 1.5 miles daily at my local gym.

My questions is: As a guess based on the information I wrote, what would be a minimum amount of weight (mostly fat, hopefully) you think would be lost at the end of the 3 days? I plan on drinking plenty of water and eat some “carry-able” food along the way.

The answer above me is very usefull, but I recommend you eat breakfast before you go running. This will increase your energy level, compared to running on an “emty stomach” if that’s how you say it.. Some people think you will lose weight faster if you run before breakfast, because you don’t have to burn the calories you just consumed. That is simply a myth. Though, don’t eat too much and wait half an hour or so before you exesize, to avoid side stitch or stomach ache.
