Exercise With A Sprained Ankle?

What can I do to exercise with a Severe Ankle Sprain? See I ran cross country this past school year and during our last meet of the year this girl pushed me off the curb and messed up my ankle and we found out it was serverly sprained and I can’t run cross country in the begining of the season because of it and I’m gaining a lot of wait because I can’t exercise.What should I do?

You can do crunches that doesn’t provide a lot of distress to your ankle. Aslo try laying on the floor or on the bed and doing the bicycle in air!
