Is eating very little and working out effective for weight loss or is it simply unhealthy for me to not eat much and still exert myself?

If you hardly eat, you wont have any energy to work out. Plan things out, really. Just eat a little healthier and don’t push yourself too much. Weight loss isn’t an overnight thing, just go slow with it.

Also if you eat very little then not only will you be low in energy but your body will hold on to fat cells instead of burning them off, because of lac of nutrition. Your sleep will be effected by this. Taking good care of yourself is a good way to loose weight

to answer your questions,no and yes. starving yourself does nothing for weight loss, sure youll loose weight, aka fat, but along wth that goes your health, so you becoe weak and unhealthy, weight loss is acheved by a combination of healthy eating and regular exerscise. and only if you actually need to loose weight

Try portion size control…AND the exercise….once your body starts building muscle, your metabolism goes up…..even when you’re sleeping.

First of all starving self gains weight to your body eat the amount of calories are suppose to have and work out for at least 60mins two to three times a week

eat well and work out. It works best, you could do a cleanse, powerful tho, first week get off all foods, start eating only Fresh and LIVE foods. then begin the cleanse, 2 days of fresh only Live foods, Fruit and Veggies, not steamed or cooked in any way. then 1day of eating only one thing, peaches for instance., then one day of just one thing again, Brown rice if you’d like. that can be cooked only for this one day. or just eat pears all day. then one last day of eating only one thing, apples or something. all day, eat a pound or two of this through the day each of these days.

then 2 days of eating only fresh fruits and veggie again. now the second week you can add steamed veggies, nuts and that. the Final third week, add a veggie stirfry or something good, Keep away from all the bad stuff. This cleanse can be found probly for better details, I got this from my Herbalist. this cleanse may also cause Breakouts of pimples, as it is cleansing your body. so Clay masks and Stuff, rose water, oatmeal, for the face, Very good.

not at all.. when you deprive your body of nutrients your metabolism slows down and your body thinks you aren’t going to feed it often so when you start eating properly your body does the same thing and it stores it so it actually becomes difficult to lose weight. Also, you do need the food for energy just eat properly excersise with cardio and strength training and you will be good to go..also drink lots of water, it fills you up a bit.
