healthy weight loss?

I’m kinda average based on the way my body is, like I’m a little chubby around the tummy but mostly I’m thin, around the legs and arms…but I really wanna lose my love handles and get my stomach flat. I already work out everday by softball practice, so is there any way I can get fit just by changing my eating habits? I dont eat lunch and I eat a small breakfast and drink lots of vitamin water and crystal light, so I’m being healthy and not consuming too many calories…but I cant lose weight anymore.

um no. not healthy at all. breakfast is the most important meal of the day so eat then and lunch and dinner and work out but not constantly try to strength train
