How many calories should I eat?

Ok well I’m trying to lose some weight. I’m about 138 pounds and about 5 feet 8 inches. I exercise about 5-6 times a week and burn about 300-450 calories when i work out.

I’ve been eating about 1,000-1,500 (at the most) calories a day. Is that too much or too little? I have no idea how many I should be eating in order to lose weight.

u should try not regaining all the calories . Its great that u r going to the gym and exsersising but u need to just cut down on the regaining food calories.try eat less of it
