They drain it out into like a tube thing. I had my ear drained when I was small cuz I had an ear infection.

Just like “Kahili sed” the draining is coming out of ur ear. I use to get many ear infections when I was younger and they had to drain it

It comes back out the same hole it goes in. It also doesnt go beyond your ear drum.
