will drinking a lot of water help dieting?

will drinking a lot of water help.. if so, why? and what is the latest I should be eating before I go to bed?

well water will help because it is a sugar free healthy choice it also helps you feel full so in a sense you will think your not as hungry, lastly water is supposed to help you lose weight because it is used for other things like sweating and stuff.

It depends on how late you go to sleep. I go to bed at 10 and I eat at 6. nothing past that. I would say the smae for u. but I guess you will have to let urself have enough time to digest and stuff.

u should not eat after 7:00pm because the food goes straight to fat and caoses you to gain weight
