Do you think if Marijuana was legal crime rate would go down??
Well obviously, if you make something that is a crime no longer a crime, the crime rate goes down. Would other crimes go down, probably not... There's way too many illegal drugs out there for it to make that much of a difference
im not sure if the crime rate would go down, but it would cut out all the sinceless arrests for small amounts of pot. We waste 1,000's a year prosecuting...jailing small time offenders.
