Well I'm 18 and weigh 170.
I just quit dance and have kinda muscular legs thighs and arms. I want to lose weight but every time I try it's like my muscles are growing on my fat or something. Same with my stomach. I can't seem to lose weight and then tone up... someone please help me !!!!
If you work out with weights or train then yeah the fatty tissues are replaced by muscle but it doesnt "grow" on fat. Stick to cardio and when you have lost the weight you can work on toning. All the best
Muscle grows under fat and hugs the body. It's hard to say whether you need to loose weight or not without knowing your body type or height. I'm about 140lbs and I can feel muscles under my fat and that's good enough for me (lol).How do I tone down muscles and get rid of fat
